Trialon Corporation recently exhibited at Booth # 15018 during the 2009 North America Testing Expo held October 27h through the 29th at the Rock Financial Showplace in Novi, MI.We are pleased to announce that Trialon Corporation has been accredited by the DSCC (Defense Supply Center Columbus) to perform various Military Specification testing. This important certification enables Trialon to offer even more unique benefits to our valued Military customers.

Locker Room--Utica, MI
Trialon Corporation helped sponsor an evening called Purely Networking Event. This event, hosted by Matthew Karandja, Technical Staffing Division Account Manager, was located at the Locker Room in Utica, MI on September 24. Similar to Pink Slip Parties, this event was designed to give job seekers and prospective employers a relaxed atmosphere in which to interact, as well as give the candidates an opportunity to share their job-hunting experiences with each other.
Please watch this space for news of future Pink Slip Parties, as they will be returning in October and November at new locations throughout the Detroit area (Utica, Taylor, Pontiac, and Troy). Specific dates and times have yet to be determined.
Cheli's Chili--Detroit, MI.
On August 18th, at Cheli’s Chili in Dearborn, over 200 people came together for a Pink Slip Party – the third Pink Slip Party that Matthew Karrandja (Account Manager, Technical Staffing Div.) has hosted. A Pink Slip Party is a relatively new concept to the staffing industry designed to put job seekers in the same area as industry experts to informally network with each other.
Attending experts have included hiring professionals, training school representatives, financial planners and career coaches. The parties are designed to be an informal networking experience much less intimidating than going to a job fair with thousands of people in line waiting for a 30 second conversation with a company representative. It also gives people the opportunity to hear what is going on with other job seekers. Trialon’s hopes are to assist the local community with their struggles and have some fun in the process.

Michigan State Univeristy's Engineering Building--Lansing, MI.
Trialon Corporation exhibited at the 2009 Engineering Expo at the Engineering Building on the campus of Michigan State University on Thursday, February 19, 2009, from 1pm until 5pm. This provided an invaluable opportunity for students to hear about career preparation, success factors, and suggested coursework from professionals and alumni in industry.

Trialon Corporation's Michigan Test Engineering Center--Burton, MI
Trialon Corporation is honored to have been selected for the second year in a row as the site of the LDS three-day Training Symposium and Training Course lead by Mike Hoyer, Market Development Manager, LDS Test and Measurement LLC. The "Introduction to Vibration Testing and Driving a Dactron" conference was one of only three training sessions in the entire United States scheduled for 2008. Ten participants from across the U.S. and Canada traveled great lengths to attend the course. Attendees included representatives from competing test labs and current/potential clients.
As part of the experience, Trialon showed its gratitude with giveaways to the entire class. Additionally, Trialon held a drawing for Olive Garden gift certificates for two lucky winners. Les Hadden, Vice President of Trialon Corporation's Engineering & Test Services Division announced the lucky winners drawn by Steve Chargo, Trialon Controller and Patricia Crowder, President/CEO of Trialon Corporation. Congratulations to the two fortunate winners!!!
Vibration Lab Supervisor Mike Potter and Michigan Operations Manager Gregg Ladd provided a tour of MTEC (Michigan Test Engineering Center) which houses Vibration, EMC, and Environmental areas to everyone who participated in the conference. As our clients have testified again and again all of Trialon's labs are very impressive, clean, well organized, and set a very-high standard for our competition to follow.
Thanks again to the representatives from LDS, training participants, and Trialon Staff for helping make this second annual event so successful! Trialon looks forward to hosting LDS's Symposium for the Midwest in 2009.
